Online Ordering & Pickup Policy
Thank you for choosing Casey’s Classics! To ensure every dessert is baked fresh and ready for you, please review our ordering and pickup guidelines below.

Our weekly ordering cycle is designed to allow the time needed to handcraft each item.
Window Opens: Sunday at 12:00 AM (midnight).
Window Closes: Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon).
Late Orders: No orders will be accepted after the ordering window closes. You will need to come back for the next ordering cycle.

Pickups are strictly limited to the following weekend time slots to maintain the quality and freshness of our products.
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Full Payment Required: Orders are only confirmed and added to our baking schedule once full payment is received online.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirmation. Your order is not placed if you do not receive a confirmation email.
All sales are final: No refunds or exchanges.

Because our desserts are perishable and baked to order, we cannot offer refunds for missed pickups.
Unclaimed Orders: Any order not picked up by 12:00 PM will be forfeited. We may, at our discretion, donate unclaimed items to a local charity.
Rescheduling: We currently only offer pickup on Saturdays. Rescheduled pickups are not available if you miss your pickup day.

Transport: We recommend transporting your desserts in a cool, level area of your vehicle (not on a seat). We are not responsible for damages once you receive your order.
Storage: We recommend that you store your desserts in the refrigerator if not intended for immediate consumption. Allow desserts to come to room temperature before enjoying.

Because our items are perishable and baked fresh for your specific slot, we cannot offer refunds for missed pickups. If you’re running late, please call us! Any orders not claimed by 2:00 PM on Saturday will be forfeited.

Currently, we only offer customer pickup. This ensures your desserts stay perfectly fresh and intact for your enjoyment. We are working on bringing the option for shipping to our customers. Stay tuned!

Gooey Butter Cake: Store at room temperature for a soft bite, or refrigerate if you prefer a firmer, fudgy texture
Cookies: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature.
Cakes & Pies: Store covered at room temperature. Cakes and pies can also be stored in the refrigerator, tightly covered, for enjoyment later. Bring to room temperature before serving for the best taste and texture.
